4/ We do not recommend updating DSTV Now & Netflix Apps as they might not work properly. 
5/ Avoid resetting the device as DSTV Now & Netflix might not work as a result. 
6/ If your internet speed is fast, it can achieve maximum resolution. But if it slows down, the resolution will automatically decline to keep smooth. It’s a normal phenomenon. The resolution depends on your network speed. 
7/ This device is not Google certified. 
8/ AAA batteries and TF card are not included in the package. 
9/ You will need to leave 1 x USB port available on the TV box to operate the mini keyboard.
