NB: 1/ Please note that the AAA batteries & TF card are not included in the package. 2/ DSTV Now & Netflix are pre-installed by default unto the TV box. 3/ For Apps which are designed for touchscreen devices, a combination of keys on standard remote are required for scrolling. 4/ An Air mouse or a wireless mouse is highly recommended. 5/ Simply reset the TV box to its default settings for any issue you might encounter. 6/ We do not recommend updating DSTV Now & Netflix Apps as they might not work properly. 7/ Maximum resolution is dependent on your internet speed. Faster the connection, better & higher the resolution achieved. The resolution will automatically be adjusted if speed declines to keep smooth display (It’s a normal phenomenon). 8/ The Wi-Fi dongle is located inside the battery compartment. 9/ You will need to keep 1 x USB port available on the TV box to operate it with the Wi-Fi mini keyboard. 10/ This device is not Google certified.
