Return and Refund Process:


Even though we ensure that we only provide the best products to you, we understand that sometimes you might end up with something you would like to return.

We will take back and evaluate your item as long as you:

  • Pop us an email with your order number and state why you are returning the product.
  • Return each item in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories or components.
  • Include your order number with your return parcel.

Once your return parcel arrives at our warehouse, you will hear from us. Please note that when you return an item, the extent of your refund, repair or replacement will depend on various factors as detailed in our refund policy. These include the condition of the item, how long you have had the item, and how the item was purchased.

We aim to process your return within 1-2 weeks. Please note that this may take longer if we need to work with a supplier, authorised dealer or repair agent.

Please note the following with Unused/Unwanted items:

We expect items returned to us to be in good condition and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components. In particular this means that you will:

  • Not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any manufacturer’s seals.
  • Return in good condition all packaging, manuals, cables etc
  • Return the goods in a condition that would enable us to resell them as new
  • We will then refund you the price you paid for that item (excluding courier/shipping/postage).

We are unable to refund return courier/shipping/postage costs.

Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, such as consumables or products that cannot be resell. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.

Returns on Unboxed Items:

Unboxed items are in perfect working condition which were previously used for demo purpose.

Items may not have full retail package, however you can be rest assured that there is nothing wrong with its functionality!

Please note : Warranty terms on unboxed items is only 2 months, and there is no extended warranty.

Should you purchase an unboxed item and realize you’re not 100% happy with the purchase, you may return it within 7 days from invoice.


We would like to get your money back to you as swiftly as possible. Once a refund decision has been made about your return according to our refund policy, we will authorise your refund according to your original method of payment.

Return of suspected defective item found to be in perfect working order: Zero %

Cancellation of an order placed for Collection within 7 days of order being placed: 100% of original sale price less 10% Restocking/Admin fee

Cancellation of an order placed for Collection after 7 days: Zero %

Can I cancel my order prior to delivery?

No, you cannot. Orders may not be cancelled after receipt of payment and/or dispatch of your Goods, you may cancel the Sale only in accordance with the Returns Policy.

What happens if the item I have bought arrives damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, and the seal is broken, please check the contents before accepting it from the courier, and make a note of the damage on the waybill . If you do receive a damaged item, please let us know ASAP and book your return within 2 working days of delivery. You must return the product to us in the condition you received it. Please bear in mind that in some cases we may need to have your item assessed by the supplier, authorized dealer or repair agent.

What happens if the item I have bought doesn’t work properly?

Depending on how soon you encounter the manufacturing defect, your returns will be assessed according to our refund policy. Please keep in mind that in some cases we may need to have your item assessed by an authorized dealer or repair agent. If your item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, within 6 months of delivery, we will refund that item as per the refunds schedule above.

What happens if an item I thought was defective actually works?

If your item was returned as defective, but it’s actually in perfect working order, then we will return the item to you. You will be liable for the costs of collecting and returning of the item. Please note that if these costs are not made within 3 months of being notified, the product will be sold to defray storage costs.

What happens if I didn’t get what I ordered?

If we didn’t send you what you had ordered, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve the mix-up.

Can I return sale/promotion products?

All items/products purchased from any of our Sales and/or Promotions are “FINAL SALE” products and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

How long will you take to process my refund?
